I bring years of invaluable experience from my time dedicating work with the Samaritans and a National Grief Service, as well as from my life in a fast-paced environment of head  office operations. This rich back ground has afforded me a profound understanding of the emotional challenges many face, equipping me with the tools necessary to support individuals.

Through my journey, I have   discovered my niche in helping others navigate the complexities of modern life. My unique perspective, shaped by my extensive experience, enables me to employ Hypnotherapy, life coaching and Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) techniques that resonate deeply with my clients.  

My commitment to fostering resilience and well-being is evident in my compassionate approach, making me a trusted guide for those seeking to  enhance their mental and emotional health. I also have successfully gained my level 2 and 3 in counselling skills, I am currently undertaking my Level 4 advancing up to my level 5.
